Blue Owl Capital manages billions in alternative investments, but their investor relations team was stuck in a pre-digital workflow. Portfolio data, performance metrics, and investor communications were spread across multiple portals, spreadsheets, and third-party data warehouses, none of them accessible on mobile.

Investors expected real-time access to their portfolio data. The IR team needed a tool that could surface insights quickly, on any device, without manual report generation. And the project had tight constraints: a fixed launch window, a defined budget, and no room for scope creep.

Blue Owl needed a partner who could move from concept to production-quality native app in weeks, not quarters.

We designed, architected, and delivered a mobile MVP from the ground up. Using Flutter for cross-platform native performance and C# .NET with Azure App Service for the backend, we built 28 tailored views optimized for how investors actually consume portfolio data.

The app connects multiple third-party data warehouses into a single, seamless experience, giving investors instant access to performance metrics, fund details, and communications that previously required manual compilation. The architecture was designed for extensibility, with a clean API layer that supports future data source integrations.

The project was delivered on time and on budget, from initial product strategy through design, development, QA, and App Store submission.
