GTreasury's treasury management platform serves enterprise clients managing billions in cash, risk, and financial operations. But the platform was losing users to clunky workflows and inconsistent design across its 400+ screens. The user experience hadn't kept pace with modern SaaS expectations.

GTreasury needed to overhaul the entire front-end experience while maintaining backend stability for existing clients. The challenge was scale: 400+ screens needed redesign, and the company needed to move faster than their internal capacity allowed, without sacrificing quality or blowing the budget.

Modernization had to happen on two tracks simultaneously: front-end renewal to win back user confidence, and backend maintenance to ensure the platform kept evolving.

We ran a dual-track approach: modernizing the user experience on one track while maintaining platform stability on the other.

All 400+ product screens were rebuilt in Angular with a unified design system that brought consistency and modern UX patterns across the entire platform. Redesign priorities were aligned with user needs and budget constraints, not just visual preferences.

Throughout the redesign, backend stability was maintained for enterprise clients. Zero disruption to daily operations. The result: 400+ screens shipped 2x faster than planned, and the modernized experience reversed user attrition.
